Free Paper Tears and Templates!

HELLO FRIENDS!

     How would you love a free set of paper tears and a template? 

     Head on over to PLAIN DIGITAL WRAPPER and register, then post in the WELCOME WAGON.  Make sure you mention that you got there from Katie Wilson's Blog (Hello There).  THEN, choose a challenge or 10 to participate in.  WRAP STAR would be a GREAT place to start, since you'd get a free template and a whole KIT there!  Any challenge will do, though.  There are many many GREAT challenges.
